Office manager (external client)
Main duties and required knowledge:
1. Office needs coordination (phone calls, administrative support, stationary)
2. Workflow and travel support
3. Conducting, forming, controlling the administrative procedures fulfillment
4. Creating and managing the archive of the Company
5. Planning the budget and monitoring the administrative expenses, estimation and choosing the suppliers (stationery, taxi, business-travel)
6. Organizing and carrying out the corporate arrangements (conferences and meetings)
Requirements:
Education: higher (economic or marketing)
Operational experience: not less than 2 years
Language knowledge: English – fluent
Software skills: MS Office (Excel, Power Point – obligatory, Project - desirable)
Personal characteristics: active attitude, stress tolerance
Operating schedule: five-day-working-week

Distribution Account Manager (external client)
GENERAL SUMMARY: Is responsible for the development and maintenance of sales through designated distributors and may be responsible for some large key accounts.
PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Implements the distribution channel partnering strategy for distributors in cooperation with the (regional) sales manager;- Is responsible for achieving agreed distribution sales targets (within allocated budget), maximizing market penetration, geographic coverage, product mix and financial returns; - develops new distribution accounts and maintains durable relationship with distributors; - Provides distributors technical product advice, presents information about new products  and applications, trains distributors in presenting and selling Fluke products; -  Plans and executes effective product introductions; - Coordinates company’s resources (MarCom, Technical Support etc.) to reach his objectives where appropriate; - Gathers information of market and competition to proactively develop and maintain distributors strategy.
JOB COMPLEXITY
Operates from general procedures and policy with moderate supervision. Engage in new and varied work situations of high complexity. Errors in judgement may affect relations, create delays, incur loss of accounts and affect company image. Contacts with company personnel and customers.
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED
Extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding of product applications, the electronical characteristics of Fluke products and related products. Sound knowledge of sales techniques. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to use them at several organizational levels.
Strong team player. Able to lead complex projects. Independent and self-organized. Profound knowledge of MS office
Fluent in local language and English EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years relevant (indirect) sales experience.

Service Technician (external client)
Obligations
1.1 To repair, test and return instruments to full working order ensuring they pass QA inspection.
1.2 To perform functional test, set up and calibration of the complete range of sub-assemblies and instruments using formal test procedures.
1.3 Enter details of work carried out onto the computer system along with the spare parts used and the fault category, ensuring the entry is dated and initialled.
1.4 Decrement any spare parts used from the spares list
1.5 Ensure any documents (circuit diagrams etc.) taken from the Technical Document File in QA are returned on completion of the repair
1.6 Undertake regular routine spares stocktakes
1.7 At the request of the Service Manager, to inspect and process units returned for credit
1.8 To respond to telephone spares and repairs queries in an efficient and courteous manner.
1.9 To maintain service equipment in good working order
1.10 To comply with anti-static procedures when working
1.11 To ensure spare parts have been picked for customer orders
1.12 To observe and commit to the operation of the Company Quality and Environment Management Systems
1.13 To assist in any other areas of the company business which is considered necessary.

Bookkeeper (external client)
Responsible for invoice processing in 1C and Oracle, Responsible for expense report processing in 1C and Oracle, Responsible for timely and accurate payments of suppliers and employees, Responsible for AP related account reconciliations in 1C and Oracle
Cash: Responsible for preparation of payment orders in 1C, Responsible for posting of cash movement entries in 1C and Oracle, Responsible for account reconciliations of bank accounts
AR: Responsible for export of Sales entries from Oracle to 1C, Responsible for Reconciliations with customers, Responsible for gathering of all primary shipment documents (TORG-12 with customer’s signature, schet-faktura, acts of reconciliations with customers)
Inventory: Responsible for gathering of all custom’s documents and invoices from supplier Fluke Europe BV, Responsible for sending of the copies of custom’s documents to the bank
Taxes:  Responsible for preparation of documents in accordance with Tax Authority’s requests, Responsible for preparation of journals of registration of inflowing and outflowing invoices
Your Profile: You have Higher degree in finance and at least 5 years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping, You are accurate, flexible, a team player, pro-active, results driven and possess analytical skills, You have the ability to work effectively and conscientious when under tight schedules, You are fluent in oral and written English, You have good knowledge of Microsoft applications and preferably Oracle (no must), You have good knowledge of 1C system.

Certification manager (Noble House)
Performing documents for certification procedure/declaration of products;
Organization of products trials within the scope of inspection control of certified products;
Getting protocols of trials;
Interaction with state control authorities – Rospotrebnadzor, Veterinary association, Rostest;
Getting licensing documents for activities (sanitary-epidemiological opinion letters, licenses, veterinary certificates).
