These technical sales engineers combine technical knowledge with sales skills. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell your company’s products and/or services and respond effectively to Clients’ queries.

To ensure customers’ and your own company's needs are met, our technical sales engineers liaise regularly with other members of your team such as research, development, design, purchasing, production, and quality, as well as senior company managers. Additionally they are in frequent contact with their colleagues at Noble House regarding issues related to imports, certification, accounting, legal questions etc.

The tasks we typically undertake for Principals include:

  • searching for new customers who might benefit from your company’s products and/or services and maximising customer potential in designated industries
  • travelling to visit potential clients all over Russia
  • developing and growing long-term relationships with customers
  • managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
  • persuading customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • preparing customer quotations in close co-operation with our Principal
  • negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both customer and Principal’s needs
  • negotiating sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • after-sales support services
  • administering customer accounts
  • preparing reports for our Principals
  • recording and maintaining customer contact data
  • coordinating sales projects
  • supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs
  • providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • assisting in solving customer problem
