The non-profit organization «Noble House Foundation» has been established recently to help underprivileged children in the Vladimir region of Russia. This is the only purpose of the charity, as its Founder believes that it is better to supply help to a limited number of group of people instead of trying to do many little things far a large number of good cases. We believe that our support to the mentioned group of children really does make a difference.
The Founder is active in the Vladimir region, establishing different types of business activities. These activities are increasing the number of workplaces I the region, stimulate the inflow of foreign investments and in general support the Vladimir Region to achieve a new level of economic development.
However, it is important to consider not only the economic development but also to pay attention to the regional social issues. That is why Noble House Foundation focuses on the children of the Vladimir Region.
Attracting finance is of course a major issue for the Fund to enable it to realize projects related to its objective of making children’s lives in the Vladimir Region better and more enjoyable. So far, all funds available have been donated by the Founder. We especially consider projects related to children and teenagers who have problems with training, development, adaptation and integration into society as good citizens, physically and mentally handicapped children, and orphans.

As example, we can list the following activities in which we are or will be involved:

• preventive medical help and rehabilitation improving the physical and/or psychological condition of children and teenagers;
• purchasing medical aids such as wheelchairs and special beds to enhance quality of life for the children;
• improving living conditions in the schools and orphanages. 
• Contributing to the improvement of education and training of children and their teachers;
• purchasing means of transportation such as buses to transport children to and from their school or sanatorium.
• trips and excursions across Russia;
• organization of exhibitions of items produced by these children.

In short, it is the Fund’s aim to:

• improving quality of life
• improving quality of education
• improving quality of housing

Noble House Foundation only offers direct help in the form of purchasing of equipment and materials; the Fund does not provide monetary resources to persons or organizations.

The structure of the Fund and its finances is transparent and is controlled through a Management Board and an independent Supervisory Board. No Member of any of these Boards receives any form of compensation for their work, ensuring that all resources are spent on the objectives of the Fund.
Therefore any person or organization wishing to contribute to the Fund’s resources can be assured that their money is spent wisely, rationally and only for its special purpose, the children of the Vladimir Region.
